CEC summarizes results of national referendum
Yesterday at its session, the Central Election Commission summarized the results of the national referendum, which took place on December 11.
According to the deputy chairman of the CEC Abdyjapar Bekmatov, 948,185 people (79.6 percent of participants in the referendum) voted for changes to the Constitution, against – 185,140 people (15.4 percent).
Totally, 1,190,855 voters participated in the referendum.
Referendum was declared valid.
