Kyrgyz citizens with passports issued in 1994 not to be able to vote in local elections
Kyrgyz citizens who haven’t changed passports issued in 1994 to ID-cards won’t be able to vote in local elections, the State Registration Service of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
According to it, for citizens over 60 years these passports will be replaced free of charge, these procedures are simplified for them. Totally, there will be replaced 78,341 of documents.
All citizens with old passports must apply to the district passport, visa and registration departments.
