Within the framework of the 17th Autumn Session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Bishkek a side event on “Advancing Parliamentary Openness through OGP” was held on 4 October. Kyrgyzstan – as a pioneer state in Central Asia to join the Open Government Partnership in 2017 – stressed once again its commitment to greater transparency of legislative processes and to ensuring more effective participation of citizens in the political processes of the country.
