Independent observers to work at 500 polling stations

On election day, one thousand observers of the Coalition For Democracy and Civil Society will monitor the voting at five hundred polling stations on election day on October 15, as well as on October 14 — the day of voting outside the voting premises, in those areas where it is held. This was reported in the organization.

Observers were randomly selected. This method ensures impartiality, excludes subjectivity in relation to precinct election commissions, the coalition believes.

The organization will use a new SMS system to receive reports from observers. It will allow quickly receiving data from polling stations, processing them and systematizing information, the coalition noted.
