144 observers from international organizations to observe referendum
144 observers from of other countries and international organizations will observe the referendum, the head of the CEC Nurjan Shayldabekova said at a press conference.
According to her, the observers will come from 25 countries and 33 international organizations. Georgia, Russia, Latvia, Turkey, Moldova, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Belarus will be presented at the level of the heads of the Central Election Commissions.
Elections to local councils will be held on the same time with the referendum on amendments to the Constitution – December 11.
